About the artist
John Lim, a graduate from Lasalle College of the Arts, is a designer, illustrator and artist. He is the illustrator for the Ryan and Rex series and  a picture book The Lonely Boy and the Ugly Dog, written by author Eliza Teoh. He has also illustrated for several other children's books.
